  • 1.5 cups raw almonds, unsalted
  • 1.5 cups dates
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips (stevia sweetened)


  • In a high-powered blender add almonds and dates and blend until it forms a sticky, chunky paste. You will need to use a pusher to help this process. 
  • Add paste to a mixing and kneed in the oats and chocolate by hand to form a dough. 
  • Press the dough onto a baking sheet about 10” by 8.” Cut into 14 bars.


These bars are good in the fridge but can last at room temperature also!
