  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp raw honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup berries
  • 1 tbsp walnuts chopped


  • In a mixing bowl whisk together almond milk, chia, flax, hemp, honey and cinnamon. The mixture will start to gelatinize in a minute or two. 
  • Top with berries, cacao nibs and walnuts.
