  • 1 cup raw almonds, unsalted
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder, unsweetened
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. Spread almonds in single layer across baking sheet

  3. Baked for 8-9 minutes until lightly roasted

  4. Remove from oven and allow almonds to cool for a few minutes, then place into mixing bowl

  5. Pour coconut oil over almonds and mix until lightly coated

  6. Add cacao powder and salt. Mix until evenly and generously coated (add more cacao if needed)
