- 1 Banana
- ½ cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
- 2 cups Almond Milk
- 1 tsbp Hemp Hearts
- 1 tbsp Flaxseed
- 2 tbsp Almond Butter all natural, no hydrogenated oil! Don’t cheat!
- 1 tbsp Bee Pollen
- 1 tbsp Maca Powder
- 1 tbsp Raw chocolate bar (sweetened with coconut sugar)
- Couple of ice cubes

- Blend in a high-powered blender until smooth.
