Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • ½ cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • 1 tsbp Hemp Hearts
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp Almond Butter all natural, no hydrogenated oil! Don’t cheat!
  • 1 tbsp Bee Pollen
  • 1 tbsp Maca Powder
  • 1 tbsp Raw chocolate bar (sweetened with coconut sugar)
  • Couple of ice cubes

  • Blend in a high-powered blender until smooth.
