- ½ cup citrus (any type of orange) chunks
- ⅔ cup coconut water
- ½ medium ripe banana
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 ½ tbsp almond butter (sub cashew, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed butter)
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- 1 wedge lemon peeled, chunks
